The brass service
Cut, hot towel shave, and a style-out in one sitting. It's the appointment men book before weddings, interviews and reunions — and the one they come back for on a random Tuesday.
Walk in when a chair's open — or book and skip the wait.

Since 2016 on Mercado Ave
Marcus Delgado spent fourteen years cutting in other people's shops before he signed the lease on 412 Mercado Ave in 2016. The rules haven't changed since day one: every cut gets the full appointment, every fade gets checked in natural light, and nobody leaves without the line-up.
Four chairs, a coffee bar, and the mint light in the window that tells the block whether a chair is open. That's the whole operation — on purpose.

Maintain — hosting & domain passed through at cost (~$0–19/mo) · Growth $100/mo (edits, promos, seasonal refreshes) · Partner $300/mo (SEO, review flywheel, monthly report). Third-party costs at cost: domain ~$12/yr, SMS/email per use. Some tools I set up pay me a referral credit — your price is never higher because of it, and I only recommend what I'd install anyway.
